Painting has been a powerful medium for expressing my emotions. Through my art, I am able to escape, dream, hope, remain calm in the midst of chaos, release parts of my passionate self, my deepest thoughts, the simple moments of life, fleeting and lasting joy, and so much more.

 

One of my many inspirations is the ocean. Having spent my childhood living near the Pacific Ocean and spending countless days surfing, the ocean has remained the most cherished part of my life. Art allows me to permanently seal my experience, however profound or fleeting, from a calm moment to the heights of turmoil.
